Energy from Waste (EfW) Global Sales Manager

Operating since 2010 Novalux Energy is well established in the renewable energy industry. 

As installers of solar PV, biomass and EfW systems Novalux has continued to diversify through the ever-developing renewables landscape.

We are looking for a salesman who is able to keep up with the demands of selling MW+ EfW systems. The successful candidate must be able to build good working relationships with potential customers, have technical understanding of the machinery and be able to deliver information succinctly. It is also crucial for applicants to be proficient at lead generation.

The Novalux company culture is still of a start-up mentality where you will be expected to think on your feet and fulfil tasks not provided in the job description.


  • Capable of using Linked In as a lead generation tool
  • Willing to cold call and knock on doors for prospective leads
  • Able to send out marketing emails
  • Professional writing tone and good grammar
  • Technical understanding of machinery
  • Great initiative
  • Proven experience of selling waste to energy systems
  • Proactive mentality
  • Lateral thinker and problem solver who is able to understand complex engineering systems
  • Interest in engineering desired!
  • Full clean driving license

Salary dependent on experience. Typical sale values £1-10m.
