Project Scope
A farmer owns a field next to their site. As they have large requirements for electricity, they want to cut down on expenditure. Novalux recommend that they switch to Solar PV to generate long term renewable energy.
The panels allow the site farmer to produce power from the sun to use on site, or export excess power to the grid under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), creating a new income stream. Although the Feed in Tariff (FIT) is no longer available the cost of panels have greatly reduced, meaning solar can provide a great long term investment whilst helping to contribute to a clean environment.
